Bucksnorts
Windjammer
We were
fortunate to purchase Bucksnorts Windjammer from Don and Rose Prohaska,
of Bucksnort Morgans in southern Minnesota as a yearling.
This horse
was just about born looking full grown. By Triple S Red Wind
and out of Ranches A&F Plain Jane, his bloodlines are solid
western working morgan and rich in foundation blood. He has
the size and substance that are so sorely lacking in most of the
horses seen today, combined with the kindest disposition you could
ask for in a stud and amazing willingness and intelligence.
He is a rich red chestnut with a small
star and snip and one white coronet. Windjammer was
14 hands as a yearling and 15 hands as a two year old,
so we expect him to finish well over 15 hands.
He has
incredible type, with a deep body, long hip, erect neck, heavy
leg, and incredibly wide chest. This boy was built to work. His
first purebred foals are due in 2007 and we cannot wait to see
them.
